Collective is looking for a BDR, in charge of generating thousands of leads to generate revenues by contacting the most ambitious startups/ SMEs of the French ecosystem. You will directly report to our Head of Business Development (Angélique) and work with adjacent teams (Business Ops, Product, Growth)

Your scope of ownership

  • Directly reach out to prospects to generate qualified leads for the Business Ops team through outbound prospecting with a multi-channel approach:
    • Emailing (relying on support from the Marketing & Growth team)
    • Calling: prepare phoning listing and realize several calling sessions per week
    • Social network: test new levers to identify new business opportunities
    • Events: attend to key events to meet prospects (e.g., France Digitale)
  • Track all your lead generation on our CRM and contribute to improve our dashboards, tools & process

Requirements

  • You’re fluent in French & in English (spoken+ written) and have strong communication skills
  • You’re curious, determined & perseverant and have the ambition to address key challenges
  • You’re analytical, rigorous and methodological to analyze & track your leads
  • You love challenges and are ready to evolve in a fast growing environment
  • You’re a team player and can easily work with other teams

  • 1h30 on-site (45 min interview with our CEO & Co-founder and 45 min coffees with other team members)
