Collective is looking for a Key Account Manager, in charge of developing our client portfolio and building a trustful relationships with our most important clients. You will directly report to our Head of Business Development (Angélique) and work with adjacent teams (Business Ops, Product, Growth)

Your scope of ownership

  • Develop new clients (scale-ups & large accounts) for our portfolio:
    • Build a list of prospects leveraging your network but also additional companies we would like to work with (using LinkedIn Sales Nagivator)
    • Develop personalized reach-out strategies to connect with the targeted persona
    • Lead the full sales-cycle on new business opportunities, from initial interest to the staffing of the opportunity
  • Retain your key accounts by becoming their trusted advisor
    • Ensure customer satisfaction during the whole process and missions
    • Build a trustful & long-term relationships to increase their willingness to keep on working with us
    • Turn your client into a champion that will introduce you to key other personas
  • Contribute to increase efficiency of our team and improve our product by sharing ideas/ taking initiatives on:
    • Commercial segmentation and go-to-market approach (e.g., test new growth tactics, think about sales insights)
    • Process (sales, customer success), dashboards & tools (in collaboration with the Ops team)
    • Our product based on clients’ feedback (in collaboration with the Product team)

Requirements

  • You’ve at least 5 years experience of sales/ business development in agencies / ENS and have already developed a strong network in this world
  • You’re familiar with the Tech/Dev environment
  • You’re fluent in French & in English (spoken + written) and have strong communication skills
  • You’re a strong listener, curious and perseverant
  • You are autonomous, proactive, very well-organized (ability to prioritize)
  • You’re analytical: be able to start from the big structure and structure a measurable process
  • You master the sales toolkit (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator…)
  • You love challenges and are excited of being part of a growing team of Sales to help Collective scale up (while being open to changes)
